From NYS Route 50 (Saratoga Rd.) north of Glenville:
As you head south, you will pass on the left Price Chopper Plaza and Hannaford Plaza. Take a left at the light – Glenridge Rd. The Joyful Quilter is in Towne Center, on the left, across from the Glenville Library. If you pass the cemetery, you’ve gone too far.
From NYS Route 50 (N. Ballston Rd.) south of Glenville:
As you head north, you will pass on the left a McDonald’s, and on the right The Glenville Queen Diner. Take a right at the light – Glenridge Rd. The Joyful Quilter is in Towne Center, on the left, across from the Glenville Library. If you pass the cemetery, you’ve gone too far.
From the Northway (Interstate 87):
This is very easy – just go west on NYS Route 146, and keep going straight until you reach us. But here are some landmarks so that you’ll know you’re on the right track:
Take exit 9 (Clifton Park). Head west on NYS Route 146 (Clifton Park Rd.) toward Clifton Park. Follow Rt. 146 for approximately 8 miles. There’s a light at the intersection where you go straight ahead as the road changes to Glenridge Rd. (A left turn would take you south on a continuation of 146, now known as Balltown Rd., and a right turn would take you north on Blue Barns Rd. Complicated enough?) Just go straight and trust us!. You will go through a narrow underpass, then see a traffic light for a one-way underpass. Continue through that, and go straight at the next intersection. You’re still on Glenridge Rd. You’ll go approximately a mile, and will head up a slight incline where there is a cemetery on the right and the end of the Schenectady County Airport on the left. Immediately after the cemetery, on the right, you will see the entrance for Towne Center. You made it!
